A public water supply currently runs along the A703 and can be easily accessed, while a mains electrical supply runs along the private access road to Nether Kidston Farm.

There is a Section 75 Agreement which sets out the agreed amount of “developer contribution” (£8846, index linked) payable on completion of the house.
